SMS Data Protection Statement

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We implement strict data protection measures to safeguard your SMS opt-in information and consent records.

5. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share information with:

Service Providers

  • Stripe (Payment Processing): We share billing information and payment details with Stripe to process subscriptions and invoices. Stripe maintains PCI-DSS compliance.
  • GoHighLevel (Integration): We share account data and campaign information with GoHighLevel when you integrate our service with their CRM platform.
  • Twilio & LC Phone (SMS Delivery): SMS aggregators and providers solely for the purpose of delivering messages you've consented to receive. All service providers are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and security.
  • Amazon Web Services (Cloud Hosting): We use AWS infrastructure to store and process your data securely.

Legal Compliance

  • If required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights
  • In response to valid law enforcement requests or court orders

Business Transfers

  • In case of mergers, acquisitions, or sale of assets
  • In such cases, your data remains protected under the terms of this policy

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

6. Data Retention

6.1 Active Account Data

We retain your business account information, contacts, and campaign history as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of specific data or download your information at any time.

6.2 SMS Message Retention

SMS message content and delivery logs are retained for 12 months to support analytics, compliance audits, and customer support. After 12 months, SMS messages are permanently deleted unless you request extended retention.

6.3 Deleted Account Data

Upon account deletion or cancellation, we delete all personal account data within 30 days. SMS message archives may be retained for up to 60 days to ensure proper cleanup and backup deletion. You may request immediate deletion.

6.4 Backup and Recovery

We may retain backups of deleted data for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes. These backups are encrypted, isolated, and not accessible to our support team.

7. Data Security

We implement and maintain reasonable security measures to protect your personal information:

  • Encryption of sensitive data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
  • Strict role-based access controls (RBAC) with access logging and monitoring
  • Multi-region redundancy, regular security patching, and DDoS mitigation

10.3 Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. We will not deny services, charge different fees, or provide different service quality based on your privacy requests.

11. Children's Privacy

SaveYourLeads is not directed to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it immediately.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text STOP to opt out. Text HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors for customer service is permitted. All other use cases exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

This disclosure is required for all SMS communications sent through SaveYourLeads and must be visible to SMS recipients. Your use of SaveYourLeads confirms you will include this disclosure in all SMS campaigns and ensure recipients understand these terms before opting in to messages.
